Terms of Delivery
At Pritzy we want to make sure that you receive your orders as quickly and securely as possible. We want your shopping experience with us to be simple and enjoyable. Below we have outlined what to expect with our delivery.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days.
- For any reason if there is a significant delay with an item being dispatched, the customer will be notified via phone or email with an estimated dispatch and delivery date.
- Unless specified on the website, the items for sale are in stock. We will contact you if the item has become unavailable for any unforeseeable reason and provide you with a full refund or alternative option.
- A typical order will take approximately 7 -10 days to arrive, depending on the item, the chosen delivery option and your geographical location. If items are needed sooner, we ask that you contact us to see if alternative arrangements can be made by courier.
- Some deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and custom taxes upon arrival to the specific country. We do not pay these charges and international customers are responsible for any duties or international taxes. We do not have any control over these costs and cannot provide a calculation of their amount. International customers are advised to contact their local customs office before placing orders.
- We and our customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which products are delivered to. We will not be liable for any customer in breach of any such laws.
- Contact us as soon as you decide return an item for any reason.
- If an item is defective you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.
- We are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Returns of all items should be in their original packaging.
- When returning items, we strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit.
- For defective items we will offer a replacement at no additional cost once we have received the defective items.
- We will send an email confirming the receipt of goods, exchange or refund details usually within 24 hours of items being received by us.
- We will refund using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. If a credit or debit card is used it will be credited.
- Any item that has been engraved or customised cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
- Many of our products are extremely fragile and require extra care. We will not accept responsibility for items that have been mistreated.
