Order Queries

Yes. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched. This will be available to view in your account.

You can view your orders by logging into your account.

You can view all orders by logging into your account and they will appear within the orders tab. If your order does not show it may be that you checked out as a guest or used PayPal Express.

However, you can check the details of your order within your confirmation email.

From time to time these can land within email junk/spam folders.

Please check your spam/junk folder to see if your order confirmation or notification email has landed in there.

If you don’t find it, you can contact us to get another confirmation email sent to you.

To change any details of your order, including your delivery address, email address or to cancel an order, you will need to contact us.

You can also check the progress of your order in your account. If your order has been dispatched you will see your tracking number to track your delivery. Find out more about delivery times here.

Understandably, you may want to send a gift to different people who live at different addresses.

We are not able to do that from the same order. You would need to place separate orders. Go through checkout with one address, and then place another order and go through checkout with the second address.

Product Queries

No problem at all. First visit the product detail page to see if the information you require is listed in the details. If you need more specific information, contact us.

Sadly from time to time these things can happen. If your purchase was delivered within the last 14 days we will be happy to exchange or refund your product.

If it is past the 14 day period contact us to see how we may be able to help and offer advice on how to repair your item or provide alternative options.

Every order is gift packaged. Depending on the size of the items, some orders will arrive in a gift box, others will arrive in a gift bag. All gift packaging includes Pritzy branded packaging.

Payments & Promo

Fortunately, you don’t need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You can checkout as a guest and still experience a secure payment process through PayPal.

Pritzy does not process or store any of your financial information.

No, unfortunately we’re unable to refund the VAT on any orders.

That’s okay we know things happen and we’re happy to fix this for you!

All you need to do is contact us with your order number, the email address used to place the order and the promo code you wished to apply. Providing the code is applicable to your order, we can arrange a refund for the total discount you should have received (excluding delivery charges).

Only one code can be used per order. If you already have a promo applied then we wont be able to apply another to the same order.
