The terms “you”, “your” and “yours” when used in this privacy statement mean any user of this website.
Use of this website is for genuine customers of Pritzy and its affiliates only. By continuing to use this website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
We only accept payment through PayPal, Stripe and SagePay as we believe these third party handlers offer a way to ensure a secure transaction for us and our customers. Pritzy and this website does not store any credit card or debit card information.
3. Discount Codes
Discount codes can only be used once per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer; they remain the property of Pritzy and are not transferable. There is no cash alternative and we reserve the right to withdraw, refuse or restrict them for an order at any time.
4. Dispatching Orders
We will only dispatch items when full payment has been received. Depending on the postage option selected, we will aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. For next day delivery we will dispatch the order the same day(Monday to Saturday only) if the order is received before 3pm or the next business day if the order is received after 3pm.
5. Product Images
Some images of products are of a sample only and not of the actual product that you will receive, hence, they may be a slight variation to the product you receive.
Sometimes the colour in the image may be slightly different to the actual product as it may be difficult to show the natural colour of a product in photography due to variations in lighting etc. We will always try our best to provide you with images and a description that offer a true reflection of the actual product.
6. Product Quality
All of our products are checked for quality and if you are not happy with any purchase we are happy to refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
We are also happy to exchange when we can; however, many of our products are unique and are not replaceable. We will do our best to offer you the same or a similar product if you prefer to exchange.
