Conditions of Sale Policy

Delivery of products is subject to availability. Although we attempt to keep our website products availability up to date. Availability can change at any time due to circumstances beyond our control.

Orders Policy

All orders made on our website are subject to our acceptance. We have the right to reject an order. If an order is rejected at any stage during the order process before delivery, we will notify you of the order rejection via email. When the order is received you will receive an acknowledgement from us. If your order is accepted you will receive confirmation of your order being dispatched which forms a contract between us. You are required to check emails received from us for accuracy to ensure your information has been recorded correctly, such as the delivery address and product information. You should let us know immediately if there are any errors. We will not be responsible for errors once the order confirmation and dispatch information have been sent to you via email. Ownership and responsibility of the goods will pass on to you upon delivery.

Pricing Policy

Prices can be altered at any time. Products on sale are based on the previous higher price of a product for 28 days or more, unless stated otherwise. Some products may have had a previous lower sales price in other periods. We aim to operate using fair commercial practices that do not mislead or misinform our customers. Pricing details for a particular product are available on request.

VAT Policy

The Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in our product prices at 20% where appropriate. Alterations to the rate of VAT may cause price changes at any time.

Discount Codes and Special Offers

All promotional codes, discount codes, vouchers, special offers or discounted or sale products can be terminated at any time. Discount codes can only be applied to non-sale products or full priced products. Discount codes are permitted for one time use per customer. Any violation of this may result in the order being rejected. All discount codes are a good will gesture and can expire at any time without notification.

Whilst it is our intention to keep our website, our products and services information up to date and error free, occasionally product descriptions and pricing errors or inaccuracies may occur. If we discover an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you informing you of the error and offer a full refund or other available resolution. We will also correct any errors on our website, such as a product description or price. We will not be held liable for errors or inaccuracies and will not be obliged to supply goods with an inaccurate price or description. Product sizes are approximations only and not exact.

Product Images

Some images of products are of a sample product only and not of the actual product that you will receive, hence they may be a slight variation to the product you receive. Sometimes the colour in the image may be slightly different to the actual product, as it may be difficult to show the natural colour of a product in photography due to variations in lighting etc. We will always try our best to provide you with images and a description that offer a true reflection of the actual product.

Product Quality

Our products are checked for quality before they are dispatched. In instances where you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
